When you use the enquiry form on our Contact page, we collect what you enter: your name, designation, organization, email address, phone number, the service you're enquiring about, and your message. We don't collect anything from you unless you submit that form.

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry — to understand your event or document needs and get back to you. We do not sell, rent, or use it for marketing without your separate consent, and we do not share it with anyone beyond what's needed to process your enquiry (see below).
Third-party services we use
This website is a static site with no database of its own. A few external services help it run:
- Web3Forms — processes contact form submissions and forwards them to our email inbox. Web3Forms briefly handles your submitted data to deliver it to us; see Web3Forms' own privacy policy for details.
- Google Fonts — this site loads the Montserrat typeface from Google's servers, which may log standard technical request data (such as IP address) as part of serving that resource.
- flagcdn.com — the small flag icons next to each language are loaded from this third-party service, which may similarly log basic request data.
- Vercel — our hosting provider, which serves this website and may log standard web server data (such as IP address and request logs) as part of normal operation.
We don't run any visitor analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Cookies
This site does not set its own cookies. Third-party resources loaded from Google Fonts, flagcdn.com or Vercel may involve standard web request data as described above, but we do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, where an engagement follows, for our business records. If you'd like your information deleted, contact us using the details below.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the address below.
